Membership Services

If you have earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designations, or are an active CEBS student with at least one exam completed, take advantage of the services available to you through ISCEBS.

Annual Employee Benefits Symposium

The annual Symposium is a comprehensive 2 1/2 day program that's open to all Society members. It includes general sessions and interactive workshops featuring a wide array of health, retirement and human resources issues presented by some of the industry's top experts.

Local Chapters

Over 50 chapters in the United States and Canada offer educational activities and networking opportunities at the local level. There are numerous opportunities to become involved with the local chapter and help other CEBS students and grads leverage their designation. The friendships formed within local chapters are carried with members for a lifetime. Join today!

Continuing Education Course / Exam

Keep up to date on new developments and latest trends in the benefits industry—enroll in this comprehensive course with optional exam. In many states and provinces, the course/exam meets the licensing and other requirements for continuing education credit for insurance agents, accountants, attorneys and other professionals.

Fellowship Status

CEBS graduates can earn this distinction that identifies you as a member who is committed to continuing your professional development and furthering your employee benefits knowledge. This status is awarded to CEBS graduates who pass the continuing education examination, or pass an approved CEBS course.

These services provide a niche for those seeking highly qualified job candidates or a new position. New listings are added daily. The Resume Posting Services is free to Society members.

Benefits and Compensation Bookstore

The International Foundation offers a bookstore with the most complete collection of industry resource and reference materials. Members are able to purchase industry books at a reduced rate. The books are written by industry experts and are considered to be key in benchmarking the industry.

Webcasts

Webcasts offer a convenient and timely way to learn how the latest benefit trends will affect you and what you need to know. One registration fee covers as many people at your location as you wish. Schedule a team meeting afterward for discussion, or use it as a training session.

E-Learning Courses - US and E-Learning Courses - Canada

E-learning courses are a great way to get quick, timely updates on the topics you need to know about. In addition to the text-based courses covering various introductory and specialized topics, more than 30 one hour audio/visual e-learning courses are now available in a range of health, pension, compensation and general benefit topics.
