We can set up a registration form and ask registrants to indicate whether they will be in-person or watching virtually. This way, we will know who needs to be sent the Zoom link to join. During the event, the chapter should bring a laptop with webcam and if possible, have the speaker use a headset or microphone that directs the sound back to the computer.
