The Society is led by numerous volunteer members who work with staff to shape the direction and focus for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and the local chapter network.
Society members in good standing who are CEBS graduates are eligible to serve in various national leadership roles. Timing for nominations varies; watch Society communication for additional information.

ISCEBS Governing Council serves as the main policy-making entity for the Society. The Governing Council is comprised of three officers, six members at large and an immediate past president in a non-voting role.
