We invite you to join the St. Louis CEBS Chapter on Wednesday, June 25th for "Employee Benefits Legal Update" followed by a Happy Hour. Our speaker is Amy Stansfield, Employee Benefits Attorney with Thompson Coburn LLP.

In her presentation, Amy will cover legal updates in the employee benefits field, looking at both litigation and regulatory changes from the past year. She will give an update on fee litigation for retirement plans as well as regulatory updates on the implementation of Secure 2.0. With respect to employer health plans, she will address recent litigation and state legislation on pharmacy benefits and give a brief update on mental health parity. Finally, with respect to fringe benefits, she will cover recent litigation on nicotine surcharges and guidance on education assistance plans.
