T he objective of the discussion is to help inform HR leaders and advisors on the power of prioritizing mental well-being in advance of the stressors that come with modern day life and work. As we will discuss, preventative measures can allow team members to do their best work without sacrificing their mental health and well-being. The session will utilize the metaphor of a building: we are coming in at the “ground floor” with this discussion. We won’t make it to the penthouse today, but by the end of the discussion, we’ll have worked our way up a few levels for a better view of the world.
