Webinar: Employers Role in Helping Employees Achieve Their Retirement Goals
November 18, 2025
11:00 AM Central

Life Cycle of a Group Retirement PlanThis session will provide insight into how plan sponsors can help employees achieve retirement goals and objectives. With most employers offering DC plans, it is essential to be able to evaluate how effective they are in achieving retirement objectives.

Here is what surveys tell us:
  • 53% of working baby boomers and 51% of working Generation X reported that they are behind in their retirement savings
  • 40% are not expected to have adequate retirement income (Avg. savings is $12,000)
  • 81% of employees trust financial information provided by employers (Ahead of financial institutions and family)
  • 67% of retirement plan participants say employers could encourage them to save more by helping them understand how much to save
The presentation will provide tools and techniques to quickly evaluate how effective your plans are compared with benchmarks of successful plan sponsors. In addition, attendees will be able to review and discuss what makes a plan sponsor competitive based upon benchmark data. The key takeaway will be to apply the tools and techniques discussed to potentially improve the success rate of their employees in achieving a successful retirement.
