Due to strong interest and enthusiastic feedback, we are excited to welcome back the American Benefits Council Policy team for another session on how the current Administration and Congress may impact our work in the year ahead. This session will feature presenters from the American Benefits Council policy team, covering both health and retirement topics by branch of government (legislative and regulatory/judicial). Attendees will gain timely insights into the policy landscape shaping employer‑sponsored benefits. The American Benefits Council is a Washington, D.C.-based employee benefits public policy organization representing employers dedicated to advancing best‑in‑class solutions that protect and promote the health and financial well‑being of their workers, retirees, and families. The Council works closely with Congress, the White House, executive branch agencies, and the courts to advance legislation, regulation, and legal rulings that support employers, while defending the employer‑sponsored benefits system from proposals that increase burdens, liabilities, or costs. Join us to hear firsthand what the Council is seeing and hearing in Washington — and what it means for your day‑to‑day work. Key Takeaways from the Session: This session will help benefits professionals understand what to expect and how to plan their work for 2026 in light of evolving benefit legislation and policy developments. Attendees will leave with a clearer compliance perspective and practical insights into how these changes may affect both health and retirement benefit programs. |
