Webinar: One Size Fits Nobody: How to Read People, Adapt Your Approach & Build Better Relationships
November 5, 2026
10:00 am -11:00 am PST

Why does one client want you to get straight to the point while another needs to talk things through? Why does one colleague want all the details before making a decision while another is ready to leap before you’ve finished the first PowerPoint slide?

Welcome to the fascinating world of personality.

In this engaging and practical 60-minute session, leadership coach and facilitator Ashli Komaryk explores how understanding personality differences and observable behaviours can help us communicate more effectively, build trust and strengthen our ability to influence.

Drawing on personality assessment models, behavioural cues and the DiSC framework, we’ll explore how to more effectively “read” the person in front of us, consider what they may need from the interaction, and flex our own approach accordingly. Because the same message can land very differently depending on who’s receiving it.

Whether you’re advising a client, making a recommendation, developing new business, navigating a challenging colleague interaction - or wondering why someone you love approaches absolutely everything differently - you’ll leave with practical strategies, fresh insights and perhaps a few “Aha! THAT explains it!” moments.

Because great communication isn’t simply about saying the right thing.

It’s about understanding the person with whom you’re communicating.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize observable behavioural cues that can provide insight into another person’s communication preferences, priorities and decision-making style.

  • Adapt their approach to connect more effectively with different clients, prospects, colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Apply personality insights to sales and advisory conversations by considering what different people may need in order to build trust and make decisions.

  • Use greater behavioural awareness to reduce friction, navigate differences and strengthen relationships—both professionally and personally.
