Webinar: Paid Leave Benefits
November 17, 2026
12:00 pm - 1:15 pm

Paid Leave benefits continue to become more complicated and evolve on a state-by-state basis. It has grown so complicated that many employers both large and small seek assistance in managing the various types of Paid Leave benefits that exist across their populations. For those organizations with employees that operate across multiple states, there is a great deal of layers of benefits that some organizations need to manage. The type and degree of help needed can also vary. This is why it is important to understand the different approaches to managing these types of benefits for your employees.

Program and Speaker 1:

The Larkin Company has long been recognized as the premier provider of leave and self-insured disability services over the past 25+ years. While the industry has evolved significantly over their decades in business, they’ve been able to meet new challenges while maintaining their dedicated administrator model, meaning each employee of their clients works with just one expert administrator at Larkin from intake through return to work. While employees receive excellent support and service from their administrator, clients also receive industry-leading consultative support and guidance from their Client Success team. This presentation will outline Larkin’s high-touch service model and why for many companies it is the best approach to navigating the complex and ever-changing leave landscape: employees are supported during high-stress life events, programs are overseen by compliance experts, and HR teams recognize tangible ROI and operational impact.
